WHAT DEFINE GROUPS? 

 

Groups of people are composed of individuals. Yet beyond these individual people, a group is also a field that generates a feeling and an atmosphere that comprises of the people, organizations, their history and the environment. Process work deals with the various levels of groups according to the principles of deep democracy (i.e the idea that real events and people are as important as the dreaming background).

 

 

WHAT IS GROUP PROCESS?

 

Group process work presents methods of facilitating groups at every level of interaction. Through facilitating of communication, the group of individuals will be able to sort out and come to a resolution point of both group and individual issues. 

 

 

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE GROUP PROCESS WORKSHOP? 

 

  • Understand the basic principles of Group Process and how it works

  • Learns how to apply the principles in facilitating a group

  • Gaining insights about group issues such as: rank/hierarchy differences, conflicts, dynamics, etc…

  • Explore your issues which are related to groups
